Without explicit written permission from GateEase, the following uses of our trademarks and copyrighted works are strictly prohibited:

1. Company, Product, or Service Name

You may not incorporate any GateEase trademark or copyrighted material into your company name, product name, service name, domain name, social media handle, or taglines. This includes using any variation or recognizable part of our trademarks that could create confusion regarding the origin or endorsement of your products or services. This prohibition is essential to protect the integrity of the GateEase brand and to prevent misleading associations..

2. Use of Copyrighted Content

You may not use or display any GateEase content, including images, videos, text, or audio, for any purpose without prior authorization. This restriction includes reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying our copyrighted materials in any form. Unauthorized use can lead to legal repercussions and undermines the value of our intellectual property.

3. Marketing & Advertising

GateEase trademarks cannot be used in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials, including purchasing trademarks as keywords for search engines. This means you cannot feature our trademarks in your advertisements, promotional banners, or marketing campaigns in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement by GateEase. Additionally, purchasing our trademarks as keywords to trigger ads in search engines is strictly prohibited, as it can lead to customer confusion and dilution of our brand.

4. Altering or Modifying Marks

GateEase trademarks or logos cannot be altered in any way. This includes changing the color, size, proportions, or any other aspect of the trademark. Modifying our marks can compromise their distinctiveness and recognition. All uses of our trademarks must maintain their integrity as outlined in our branding guidelines.

5. Screenshots of Non-Software Products

Screenshots of GateEase content outside of software products, such as from websites or training materials, cannot be used without permission. If you wish to showcase our content, you must obtain prior authorization to ensure that it aligns with our brand guidelines and accurately represents our offerings. This measure protects our intellectual property and maintains the quality of our brand representation.

6. Use for AI Data Models

You may not use GateEase's content, trademarks, or data for training AI models, machine learning, or any related tools. This restriction aims to safeguard our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized applications that could misrepresent GateEase or compromise the security of our proprietary information.

7. Disparaging Uses

You may not use GateEase trademarks in a defamatory or harmful manner that would damage our brand. This includes any use that may portray GateEase in a negative light or associate our brand with illegal, unethical, or otherwise objectionable behavior. Protecting our brand's reputation is paramount, and any disparaging use can result in legal action.

8. Use of Confusingly Similar Marks

Any use of trademarks or branding that could be confused with GateEase’s trademarks is not allowed. This prohibition extends to trademarks that are similar in appearance, sound, or meaning to GateEase’s trademarks. You may use GateEase’s word marks in plain text to accurately refer to our company, as long as your usage does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Follow these guidelines:

• Use referential language like "integrates with" or "compatible with" when appropriate.
• GateEase's trademarks must be less prominent than your product’s name.
• Include a proper trademark attribution statement in your content.

Product Integration & Compatibility Diagrams

If your product integrates with GateEase, you may use our logos in diagrams or flowcharts, provided that:

• GateEase logos are less prominent than your branding.
• The use doesn’t imply endorsement or sponsorship.
